Fix Pass

Diagnosis is free, all the way. Only the "Fix" buttons in the network, printer, update, shared folder, device and slow-startup repairs, deep recovery of deleted files, and Scheduled Cleanup are paid. It's about a tenth of what a technician charges to fix it over remote access (20,000–30,000 KRW). How to do it yourself is all in the guide, for free.

For comparison, CCleaner Professional is 25,000 KRW for the first year (34,000 KRW at renewal), and Professional Plus, which includes deleted file recovery, is 40,000 KRW for the first year (54,000 KRW at renewal) (Korean pricing page, as of 2026-10-15). We don't charge for cleanup or diagnosis, and we don't raise the price at renewal.

How to pay

There's no card checkout yet, so we take payment by bank transfer. Card payment (international cards) is being added and will appear on this page. Codes are usually sent within an hour, or the next morning for requests sent at night.

Click send this email and write which pass you want (one-time 2,900 · Connection Repair one PC 4,900 · 1 month 3,900 · 1 year 19,900) and the name the transfer will come from. For an office, add the number of PCs.
You'll get the bank account in the reply; make the transfer.
The code (PCB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) comes in a reply. On the program's Fix screen, enter it under "Enter your code", press "Check code", and you're done.

A code is tied to the first PC it's registered on. If you change PCs, let us know by email and we'll move it.

Refund rules

This once · Connection Repair one PC: if the program's re-check after you press Fix shows the same result, we refund in full (for Connection Repair one PC, within 7 days of registering). Deep recovery is refunded if it finds 0 files. Send a capture of that screen to the same email.
1 month · 1 year: if you haven't pressed Fix even once within 7 days of registering, we refund in full. If you have, we deduct the one-time price (2,900 KRW) for each use and refund the rest. The number of uses is shown on the "Pass" line at the bottom of the program; a capture of that is enough.
